PERENCANAAN PRODUKSI AGREGAT PADA HOME INDUSTRI SONGKOK ACHMAD DI LAMONGAN

This study aims to analyze demand forecasting for the upcoming period, determine standard time, calculate safety stock, and plan aggregate costs. The methodology used in this study includes aggregate planning and time study. The analysis results show that the forecast with the smallest MAPE value was obtained using the moving average method, with a result of 53.51%. The standard times are as follows: for the material cutting section, 18 minutes and 7 seconds; for the hat stitching section, 28 minutes and 19 seconds; for the hat lining stitching section, 21 minutes and 7 seconds; and for the packaging section, 14 minutes and 33 seconds. The safety stock is calculated to be 377 products, and the result of aggregate cost planning amounts to Rp 14,489,843 over the next six periods..
