This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the use of agricultural technology in increasing the productivity and income of farming communities and to determine the use of agricultural technology contributes to social change and farmer welfare in Golokan Village, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique for determining the subjects in this study is purposive sampling, where the determination of research subjects is through criteria. These criteria include the village government, Golokan Farmers Group, community leaders, farmers, and farm laborers. The data analysis technique uses teory analysis proposed by Talcott Parsons, namely social change and voluntaristic action. The results of this study indicate that the use of agricultural technology has a significant impact on increasing work efficiency, reducing production costs, and increasing farmer income. Agricultural technology not only impacts the technical aspects of production but also creates changes in social structures, work patterns, and the overall welfare of farmers.
