Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of workload on the performance of female employees and the role of work life balance as a moderating variable. The research method used is quantitative. The subjects in this study were female employees working at PT. Bina Satria Abadi Sentosa as many as 97 people. Data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis with the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The sample in this study used the entire population of 97 people, which is called a saturated sample. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance and work life balance moderates the effect of workload on employee performance.
