Abstract
This study aims to determine the direct effect of work life balance, person job fit, work environment, and employee wellbeing on employee performance as well as the moderating effect of employee wellbeing on the effect of work life balance, person job fit and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at PG Krebet Baru with 173 respondents. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, with the criteria of production employees who are permanent employees. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that directly: Work life balance has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, person job fit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and employee wellbeing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the indirect effect: Employee wellbeing not significantly moderate the effect of work life balance on employee performance, employee wellbeing not significantly moderate the effect of person job fit on employee performance, and employee wellbeing strengthens and significant on the effect of work environment on employee performance.
