Abstract
This research aims to determine the partial influence of servant leadership on work engagement, determine the partial influence of servant leadership on work engagement through organizational commitment, and determine the influence of servant leadership on work engagement with perceived organizational support as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on engineering employees of PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang with 165 respondents. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. the research results found that servant leadership has a significant effect on work engagement. servant leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment. organizational commitment mediates the influence of servant leadership on work engagement. perceived organizational support has no significant effect on work engagement. perceived organizational support does not moderate the influence of servant leadership on work engagement.
