Abstract

This study aims to analyze and discuss the influence of Quality of Work Life, Resilience, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance at PT Pelayaran Agung Samudera. The research adopts an exploratory design using a quantitative approach, with primary data collected through questionnaires as the main data source. A survey method was used with sampling technique total (census) sampling, thereby involving all 150 employees of the company. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart-Partial Least Squares (Smart-PLS) software. The results reveal that Quality of Work Life, Resilience, and Organizational Commitment do not have a direct effect on Employee Performance. However, the same variables-Quality of Work Life, Resilience, and Organizational Commitment-exert a direct and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Furthermore, Organizational Citizenship Behavior serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between Quality of Work Life, Resilience, and Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.
