ANALISIS PENDAPATAN PENYULINGAN MINYAK ATSIRI DAUN CENGKIH (Syzygium aromaticum L.) PT. MAZANO DAYA REKAYASA PANDEGLANG BANTEN

Pandeglang Regency, Banten is one of the areas in Indonesia famous for its clove production. The potential of clove leaves is estimated at 229.25 tons/year from an area of 12,884 hectares. Clove leaves distilled into essential oil have high economic potential, making it a profitable business opportunity. Clove leaves in the area are easier to obtain. The purpose of this study was to examine how much production income and analyze the feasibility of distilling clove leaf essential oil. This study was conducted in November-December 2023. Data collection was carried out by survey, interviews using questionnaires and documentation. The variables observed include the process of distilling clove leaf essential oil with steam-water distillation, the quality of clove leaf oil, income, distillation costs and selling prices. Then the data was analyzed manually. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out at PT. Mazano Daya Rekayasa Pandeglang, Banten, then the annual income is Rp 160,326,000,-, with an average income of Rp 13,360,500,- per month. The R/C ratio is 1.40, then the business being run is profitable or feasible to be developed. The greater the R/C ratio of a business, the highest the profit obtained.
