Abstract

Vocational High Scholl (VHS) students and their graduates are prepared to work immediately. Along with the times, currently VHS students are in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 with all the challenges that require them tom be mentally prepared and skills to face the worls of work, one of which is self-regulation. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of self-regulation on work readines. This research uses non-experimental quantitative research. The subjects of this study were vocational students totaling 380 subjects. The measurement used in this study is the Work Readiness Assesment Scale (WRAS) to measure the level of work readiness and the Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SSRQ) adaptation to measure the level of self-regulation. The data analysis method of this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Beta value of β = 0.387 with a sig value of 0.000 (p <0.05) means that there is an influence of self-regulation on work readiness. The self regulation gives 15% influence to the work readiness.
