Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on teacher performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative associative with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 50 teachers at the Raudhatul Ulum Karangploso Foundation, selected using census sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant influence on teacher performance with a coefficient of 0.300 and a significance value of 0.003, while job satisfaction does not directly affect teacher performance with a coefficient value of 0.037 and a significance value of 0.597. Work discipline also has a positive influence on OCB with a coefficient value of 0.464 and a significance value of 0.038, while job satisfaction does not significantly affect OCB with a coefficient value of 0.032 and a significance value of 0.848. In addition, OCB acts as a mediating variable between work discipline and teacher performance with a t_count value of 1.8636. and the t_table value of 1.67591, but does not mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and teacher performance with a t_count value of 0.19097 and a t_table value of 1.67591. This study suggests improving work discipline and strengthening OCB culture to improve teacher performance optimally.
