PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN KREATIVITAS TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan Industri Tenun Artshop Patuh, Lombok Tengah)

This study analyzes the effect of work-life balance and creativity on productivity of employees of the Patuh Lombok Tengah Artshop Weaving Industry and finds the dominant variables of work-life balance and creativity that affect the productivity variable. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was all employees of the Patuh Lombok Tengah Artshop Weaving Industry totaling 60 employees using the probability sampling method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) to test the hypothesis stated in this study. The analysis method used was the validity and reliability test, scale range, classical assumption test, the hypothesis test used was the T test. The results of the productivity calculation were generally categorized as high. Work-life balance and creativity based on the results of the scale range calculation were generally categorized as balanced and high. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on productivity. Creativity has a positive and significant effect on productivity. The creativity variable has a dominant effect on productivity.
