Abstract
The women’s role now is not only limited to doing housework, but can also be a breadwinner. However, for married women, their duties and responsibilities will increase, one of which is the role of mother in the family which will trigger work-family conflict so that if it is not resolved it can affect her psychological well-being. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between work family conflict and psychological well-being in working women. This research is a correlational quantitative research with 111 female subjects who work in the formal and informal sectors. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. The measuring instruments used in this research are the work family conflict scale adapted by Lembang and Huwae (2022) and Ryff's psychological well-being scales adapted by Lembang and Huwae (2022). The research analysis method used is the pearson product moment correlation method. The results of the analysis found that there is a positive and significant relationship between work family conflict and psychological well-being.
