STRATEGI PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM UPAYA REVITALISASI EKONOMI DESA PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19 (Studi di Desa Landungsari, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang)

This study aims to describe how the strategy of the Landungsari village government in an effort to revitalize the village economy after the Covid-19 pandemic, and what are the obstacles and obstacles in carrying out this strategy. This research focuses on the actions andconcrete steps taken by the Landungsari village government in rebuilding the village economy after the Covid-19 pandemic crisis.
This research applies descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Qualitative research aims to explore an in-depth understanding of the phenomena experienced by research subjects, such as behavior, perceptions, motivation, actions, and other aspects as a whole. data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.
The results of this study indicate that the economic revitalization strategy after the Covid-19 pandemic by the Landungsari Village Government has shown a fairly effective level of success. In an effort to restore the economy, the village government implemented three strategic initiatives in taking steps to improve it, including: (1) following the policy direction set by the central government through the priority budget for village funds (DD) to restore the economy of Landungsari village due to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, by providing BLT-DD to the people of landungsari village affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. (2) providing rolling goat assistance to underprivileged residents in three different hamlets. (3) the commitment of the landungsari village government to increasing and creating economic independence for landungsari villagers through the Arto Rahayu savings and loan BUMDes. Two of the three strategic steps taken by the village government have produced significant results in improving the village economy after the Covid-19 pandemic, while the program through savings and loan institutions is still in the development stage because this strategic step is a long-term economic improvement step.
