PENGARUH KESTABILAN EMOSI TERHADAP AGRESIVITAS VERBAL PEMAIN MOBILE LEGEND

Mobile legend game has been one of the popular MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) genre games for a long time, from children to adults often play mobile legend games with high intensity for victory to achieve the highest rank. Strategy and intrapersonal communication are needed to win a game, but abuse often occurs in the communication space,
leading to ridicule or insults, therefore emotional stability is needed for mobile legend game players. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional stability on the verbal aggressiveness of mobile legend players. The subjects in this study were 300 respondents who
were mobile legend game players who had an intensity of playing 4 to 8 hours per day, both male and female. The research method used was a quantitative correlational method. Analysis using simple linear regression showed a significant effect of emotional stability on the verbal
aggressiveness of mobile legend players with a value of F = 247,508 and sig = 0.000 (P <0.05) with an R square value of 0,454 or equivalent to 45.4%. Simple regression analysis shows that emotional stability contributes 45.4% of the variance in aggression among mobile legend
players.
