Abstract

In the process of project implementation, there were several obstacles that occurred which resulted in the project implementation being delayed. The high intensity of rain in the early months of the construction project which caused the ground surface to be flooded and the limited availability of heavy equipment which also resulted in project delays were strong reasons why the project implementation was constrained. The PERT method is a probabilistic scheduling method, where the duration of each activity allows for delays and there is no certainty in accelerating the project completion schedule. This research method is a scheduling evaluation process using Probabilistic scheduling that considers the possibility of a project experiencing delays. This is what makes the author use the PERT method in the main road and drainage work project of the MSM-HPI dynasty. From the analysis of the PERT method, a td value of 21 weeks was obtained with a probability of 99.97%.
