PENGARUH FINANCIAL LITERACY, LOCUS OF CONTROL, DAN FINTECH PAYMENT TERHADAP FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR PADA MAHASISWA PRODI MANAJEMEN PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA DI KOTA MALANG

ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine the influence of Financial Literacy, Locus Of Control, and Fintech Payment on the Financial Management Behavior of students. This study adopts a quantitative approach. The population includes active students in the management program at private universities in Malang in 2023, with a sample size of 329 students. The research employs the stratified random sampling technique. Data collection is conducted through a questionnaire, and the data are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that Financial Literacy, Locus Of Control, and Fintech Payment collectively have a significant positive impact on Financial Management Behavior. Additionally, Financial Literacy and Locus Of Control individually have a significant positive influence on Financial Management Behavior, while Fintech Payment do not affect on Financial Management Behavior.
