Pemenuhan Hak Dasar Anak Pekerja Migran Indonesia Di Desa Kalirejo Kecamatan Kalipare Kabupaten Malang

This study aims to determine the role of parents or families in fulfilling the rights of migrant worker children in Kalirejo Village, Kalipare District, Malang Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study include migrant worker families who are entrusted to care for their school-age children. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation related to the social and demographic conditions of the village. Data analysis used qualitative analysis with an interactive model (Miles Hamberman). The results of the study showed that the fulfillment of the basic rights of migrant worker children in Kalirejo Village almost all children have access to education, although there is 1 child who has not entered kindergarten even though he is old enough, but still gets education at home. For children's health, children receive adequate care and nutritional fulfillment. The right to receive affection and communication with their parents or caregivers is also fulfilled, although some children rarely communicate directly with their parents, they still receive remittances as a form of parental responsibility.
