TINJAUAN KRIMINOLOGI TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA PENGANIAYAAN YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH ANGGOTA PERGURUAN SILAT PERSAUDARAAN SETIA HATI TERATE (STUDI KASUS DI POLRES MALANG)

Criminal acts of abuse committed by members of martial arts academy have become problematic in society. This is caused by factors such as psychogenesis, sociogenesis and mass psychology. The role of pencak silat organizations, parents, the community and educational institutions is very necessary to assist the police in enforcing these problems in Malang district. The problems in this research are: 1). What are the factors that influence martial arts college members to commit criminal acts of abuse in the Malang Police jurisdiction? 2). What are the efforts of the Malang Police so far in dealing with criminal acts of abuse committed by members of the martial arts academy in Malang Regency? The aim of this research is to find out and examine the factors that influence the occurrence of criminal acts of abuse and legal response efforts by the Malang resort police. The method used in this research is empirical juridical, linking empirical legal writing with attention to social aspects. Conclusions and suggestions in this research Malang resort police through two efforts in the form of preventive and repressive efforts in enforcing the law against criminal acts of abuse committed by members of the martial arts academy.
