Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and compensation on employee performance. The research method used uses quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of batik selo putri blitar district. The sample in this study were all employees of batik selo putri blitar district as many as 38 people. The data collection technique was carried out by observation, questionnaire, the data analysis method used was the scale range and multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing assisted by SPSS software. The results of this study are job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a greater significant effect value than compensation on employee performance.
