Abstract
Abstract A supportive work environment is an important element in enhancing employee performance and well-being, especially for contract workers who are paid based on the volume of work. This study aims to understand the perceptions of contract workers regarding the Supportive Work Environment at PT. Cakra Guna Cipta in Malang Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with a sample of 309 contract workers. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measures four aspects of the Supportive Work Environment: demands at work, work organization and job content, interpersonal relations, and reactions to work situations. The results indicate that 72.5% of employees have a Supportive Work Environment in the moderate category, with an average score of 67.03. The aspect of demands at work dominates the high category at 55%, while the aspect of reactions to work situations is mostly in the moderate category at 99.1%. This indicates that, although interpersonal relationships in the work environment are generally positive.
