PENGARUH HARDINESS TERHADAP WORK FAMILY CONFLICT PADA IBU YANG BEKERJA SEBAGAI GURU FULL DAY SCHOOL

The unbalanced division of work takes makes women experience difficulties in their lives, especially when it comes to balancing problems between family and work. Hardiness makes individuals more prepared to face various challenges that can cause work family conflict in working mothers, and tend to choose problem-focused coping and are able to adapt in an effectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hardiness with work family conflict on mothers who work as full day school teachers. This study used a correlational quantitative approach with quota sampling techniques. The number of samples in this study were 94 people. The instruments in this study used the Dispositional Resilience Scale (DRS-15) and the Work-Family Conflict Cognitions. The data analysis method used is a simple regression test with the help of statistical calculations SPSS for windows version 23. The result showed that there was no significant effect of hardiness and work family conflict in mothers who work as full
day school teachers. Hardiness alone is not sufficient to reduce work family conflict for mothers working as full day school teachers, so work flexibility policies, strengthening social support, stress management skills training, and increasing public awareness, and supporting facilities to support work-family balance are needed. For future
researchers, it is expected that they can investigate other factors influencing work family conflict among working mothers.
