Abstract
Employees play an important role in the sustainability of organizations, where job satisfaction and psychological well-being affect productivity. Psychologically well-being employees tend to be more productive, while low well-being can lead to stress and decreased performance. The purpose of this study is to find out if there is a relationship between job satisfaction and psychological well-being in employees. This study uses a type of non-experimental quantitative method research. The subjects used in this study were 106 employees of company X located in Gresik Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling using the simple random sampling method. The instruments used are Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) to measure job satisfaction and Psychological Well-Being (PWB) to measure psychological well-being. There are results that show a positive relationship between job satisfaction and positive well-being, which means that employees who have high satisfaction will form high psychological well-being as well.
