Abstract
Job stress is a phenomenon that is often experienced by employees, especially those who work under high pressure. This condition can affect various aspects of life, especially life satisfaction. This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between job stress on the life satisfaction of employees who work under pressure. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The subjects in this study were online motorcycle taxi drivers in Malang City totaling 100 people. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. The instruments in this study used Job Stress Scale and Satisfaction With Life Scale. Data analysis using SPSS application. And the technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was no significant influence between job stress and life satisfaction with a significance value of 0.324> 0.05.
