PELAKSANAAN MUSYAWARAH PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DESA TAHUN 2023 (Studi Kasus di Desa Sladi, Kecamatan Kejayan, Kabupaten Pasuruan)

This research was conducted to find out the Government program in the Village, namely the Village Development Planning Conference (Musrenbang) in 2023 in the Sladi Village area, Kejayan District, Pasuruan Regency. As well as knowing how this program runs from stage to stage. Among them, there are 3 stages, namely Pre-Musrenbang, Implementation of Musrenbang and Post-Musrenbang. With this program, it is hoped that in village areas there will be no development lag behind other areas. In fact, with the Musrenbang, it is not only development that is experiencing development but other programs, including economic, socio-cultural and praswil.
This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Research data was obtained through initial observation and interviews with sources related to Musrenbang activities in Sladi Village, Kejayan District, Pasuruan Regency. To find out how the Village Musrenbang process is running, researchers also use supporting documents or archives from the organizers of the Sladi Village Musrenbang. Musrenbang in Sladi Village was held one year beforehand, this was intended so that the Musrenbang implementation process ran optimally. The implementation process also involves local residents, and residents who come are also free to express their aspirations in pre-Musrenbang. In fact, it can be said that the enthusiasm of the residents was quite high in coming and taking part in Musrenbang activities in Sladi Village.
