Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee loyalty. The research sample consisted of all employees working at Kapal Garden Hotel Malang. Sampling was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, with a total of 34 respondents involved in this study, and using non-probability sampling, namely the saturated sampling technique. This type of research uses an explanatory research approach. Data were analyzed using scale range analysis and processed with SPSS version 23. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, job satisfaction, and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty.
