Abstract
The Qur'an is a holy book that has not changed and is the revelation of Allah
is a blessing and guidance for all nations that applies at all times and in
all over the place. According to Rahardjo (2002) there is no regulated reading that resembles the Al-Qur'an
in such a way from how to read it, which one should be lengthened, shortened,
the words are thickened or refined and where it is forbidden or permissible to continue
or stop. Coming to the ethics of reading it. The Qur'an has a vocabulary
a total of 77,439 (seventy seven thousand four hundred and thirty nine) words, and with
the number of letters is 303,015 (three hundred thirty thousand and fifteen) these letters are balanced by the number
words, both between words and their equivalents, as well as words and opposite words
impact.
