Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, work-life balance, and workload on turnover intention among employees of PT. Sumber Abadi Bersama (SAB), a company engaged in plywood production. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires. The sample consists of 83 respondents selected using random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results indicate that (a) leadership style has a negative effect on turnover intention,, (b) work-life balance has a negative effect on turnover intention, (c) workload has a positive effect on turnover intention, (d) simultaneously, leadership style, work-life balance, and workload have a significant impact on turnover intention, e) the most dominant variable influencing turnover intention is workload.
