Perubahan Sosial Pada Masyarakat Desa Kuta Pasca Pembangunan Sirkiut Mandalika dalam Perspektif Teori Sistem (Studi di Mandalika Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah)

The construction of the Mandalika Circuit aims to improve the economy and tourism in Kuta Mandalika Village. However, this change has triggered significant social impacts including economy, culture, and mentality. This study aims to analyze the impact of the construction of the Mandalika Circuit on social change in the social, economic, cultural and mentality aspects of the Kuta Village community. The method used is a descriptive approach with a case study type. This study uses data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses interactive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the social aspect, there is a shift in social groups, the emergence of new social stratification. In the economic aspect, there is an increase in job opportunities and new businesses that strengthen the standard of living of some residents, but also create gaps due to rising land prices and living costs. In the cultural aspect, there is a shift in traditional values and the entry of foreign cultures that influence local lifestyles and identities. In terms of mentality, people experience culture shock and adaptation pressure to rapid change. Analysis with the AGIL scheme shows that people experience a process of adaptation, trying to achieve prosperity, maintain social integration, but face challenges in maintaining cultural values. These changes have a direct impact on the social welfare of society, especially social functioning and a sense of security in everyday life.
