PENGARUH SPIRITUALITAS DI TEMPAT KERJA TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KERJA KARYAWAN RUMAH SAKIT

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh spiritualitas di tempat kerja terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal komparatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan rumah sakit, baik tenaga medis maupun non-medis, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden 267 karyawan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah UWES-17 (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) untuk mengukur keterikatan kerja serta skala WSS (Workplace Spirituality Scale) untuk menguji variabel spiritualitas di tempat kerja. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas di tempat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Semakin tinggi tingkat spiritualitas yang dirasakan karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula keterikatan mereka terhadap pekerjaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur dengan mengeksplorasi hubungan antara spiritualitas dan keterikatan kerja secara menyeluruh pada seluruh elemen tenaga kerja rumah sakit.

Abstract. This research aims to determine the influence of workplace spirituality on the work engagement of hospital employees.This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design.The subjects in this study are all hospital employees, both medical and non-medical staff, selected using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total of 267 respondents.The instruments used are the UWES-17 (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) to measure work engagement and the WSS (Workplace Spirituality Scale) to test the variable of workplace spirituality.Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression.The research results indicate that spirituality in the workplace has a significant impact on work engagement.The higher the level of spirituality felt by employees, the higher their attachment to the job.This research contributes to the literature by thoroughly exploring the relationship between spirituality and work engagement across all elements of the hospital workforce.
