Abstract
Employee Work Performance is a key factor in achieving organizational goals. One of the factors that affect job Performance is job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee job Performance. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational design. The research sample amounted to 115 permanent employees selected using Convenience Sampling technique. Data were collected using the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) Questionnaire by Spector to measure Job Satisfaction and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) by Koopmans to measure Employee Work Performance. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that job satisfaction has a significant influence on Employee Work Performance with a P value of 0.000 (p < 0.001) and job satisfaction contributes 32.1%. Although some employees have a low level of job satisfaction, Islamic value-based organizational culture contributes to maintaining optimal employee work Performance. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of increasing job satisfaction through policies that support employee welfare, as well as strengthening religious values-based programs to increase employee motivation and loyalty
