SOLUSI DESAIN APLIKASI PENCARIAN NN GALLERY INTERIOR MENGGUNAKAN KUIS DENGAN METODE UX JOURNEY

This research aims to optimize the NN Gallery search application using a quiz designed to help users find interior products according to their preferences. By applying the UX Journey method, this research analyzed user needs, identified key issues in the search process, and designed relevant solutions to improve user experience.
The results showed that the quiz search approach was able to overcome various challenges, such as the difficulty in determining preferences and the limitations of common search features. The implemented design solutions include an easy-to-understand interface, informative product detail features, and the ability of quiz search to generate products according to user preferences. In addition, evaluation and testing of the application was conducted to ensure the solution effectively meets the user's needs.
The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of a user-centered approach in application development. This research also provides suggestions for future application development to continue to improve the functionality and overall user experience in conducting searches with quizzes according to the user's own wishes.
