Abstract

The advancement of technology has driven innovation in data collection through the E-Questionnaire application. This study aims to design the UI/UX of the E-Questionnaire app with voice features to enhance user experience and functionality. The UX Journey method is applied through five main stages: identifying users and needs, mapping the user journey, identifying opportunities, implementing changes, and evaluating and iterating. Evaluation is carried out through A/B Testing, Maze Testing, and Usability Testing. The results show that the proposed design solution obtained an average score of 47.67 in A/B Testing, much higher than the competitor application, which only scored 16.8. The validity of the solution is reinforced by a Maze score of 75 and a Usability Testing score of 81.75, indicating excellent quality above the SUS threshold (68). These results confirm that the application effectively meets user needs, improves usability, and provides a more effective experience
