Abstract

This research analyzes transformational leadership style, employee competence and performance. This research is a quantitative approach obtained from respondents' responses. Using questionnaire data from a sample of 60 respondents with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis methods used in this research are scale ranges, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypotheses. Calculation results. The calculation results range from a scale of employee performance variables consisting of quality of work, quantity of work, timeliness, effectiveness with the average results in the very high category. The transformational leadership style is charisma, inspiration, intellectualism and individual attention with very high average results and finally competence in knowledge, skills and attitudes with very high average results. The test results stated that transformational leadership style and competency had a significant effect on employee performance partially and the dominant test stated that competency had the most influence on employee performance.
