Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Transformational Leadership Style as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research population of 67 employees of UPT Puskesmas Babat. The determination of the sample of this study used a saturated sampling method so that the entire population was used as a sample of this study. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used sem-PLS using Smart-PLS 4.0. The results of the study showed that Work-Life Balance had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Transformational Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while Transformational Leadership Style did not moderate the effect of Work-Life Balance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees of UPT Puskesmas Babat.
