KINERJA BAPPEDA DALAM PERENCANAAN DAN PENGELOLAAN PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA KOTA MALANG TAHUN 2023

In accordance with the main tasks and functions of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), the performance produced by the Malang City Bappeda is one of the main factors in achieving development in a region or area. Therefore, the service performance of regional apparatus can be measured from the achievement of the goals and targets that have been set in line with the vision and mission of Bappeda, as stated in the medium-term regional development planning document. The discussion in this research aims to determine Bappeda's performance in the regional planning and management process and to determine Bappeda's strategic steps to optimize performance in planning and human development.
This research also uses a literature review in several journals regarding the performance of Bappeda and how the process has been carried out over the last few years. To find out Bappeda's performance in planning and managing human development in Malang City, this research uses a qualitative approach method with interview techniques with the informants concerned.
The results of this research show that Bappeda's performance was generally quite good in previous years, in terms of the realization of the strategic target indicators of Malang City Bappeda in 2023 in the successful category of realizing satisfaction with public services for an orderly, professional government and the target of increasing institutional quality. effective as seen from the SAKIP evaluation value of the planning component with a final result of 27.00 compared to the initial year's performance, namely in 2017 it was only 23.44.
