Abstract
The SENNA POS application is a system designed to facilitate transaction management in retail stores. Given the complexity of the functionality required in this application, it is important to design an interface that is intuitive and easy to use by users, especially for those who do not have technical experience. Therefore, this study aims to design the user interface of the SENNA POS application using the Lean UX method. Senna is a business platform with a fully integrated ecosystem. Through Senna, it offers "SaaS" (Software as a Service) services as the main and basic services of the applications provided. In Senna itself, MSMEs get facilities such as financial assessments, stock monitoring, sales monitoring, and there is also an accounting system. Not only does it have great features, but it is also equipped with integration with major e-commerce platforms such as (Shopee, Tokopedia, and many others) and ride-hailing companies (Grab ID). The Senna Indonesia office is currently located at Sekarsuli-Berbah No. 9, Potorono, Banguntapan, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. statistics.
