Abstract

This study analyses the effectiveness of employees in the repackaging department at PT Indotama Seraya Artha by calculating the Overall Labour Effectiveness (OLE) value. The research aims to assess the utilization of working hours, work productivity, and product quality to determine the level of efficiency in human resource management. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, using observation, interviews, and data analysis to evaluate employee performance based on OLE indicators, including Availability, Performance, and Quality. The results indicate that unproductive working hours, low discipline, and production defects significantly impact employee effectiveness. The research highlights the importance of implementing stricter Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and optimizing employee performance managemenr. The study’s results are expected to provide valuable insight for improvinf operational efficieny and workforce productivity in the repackaging department.
