Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and incentives both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Warung Kasemo Mulyoagung Malang. The sample in this study were Warung Kasemo Employees, which were used as samples in this study, namely Warung Kasemo Employees totaling 35 people, This type of research is quantitative. The data collection
technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study includes instrument testing consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality, linearity, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests and hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that the variables of the work environment and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Warung Kasemo Mulyoagung Malang, Likewise, the variables of the work environment and incentives have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Warung Kasemo
