VALIDASI MODUL PSIKOEDUKASI “UNLEASHING INNER HERO : EMPOWERING TEAM WITH PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL IN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY”

Dynamic changes in the digital technology industry require employees to have strong
Psychological Capital (PsyCap) to face challenges and improve work performance. This study
aims to validate the psychoeducational module Unleashing Inner Hero: Empowering Teams
with Psychological Capital in the Digital Technology Industry through expert judgment. This
study used a research and development method with an expert judgment approach of 7 people in assessing the validity of the module. Data were collected through an expert panel consisting
of practitioners in the field of industrial and organizational psychology and the technology industry. The validation results show that the module has an Aiken's V value of 0.80 which
means a high level of validity and is suitable for use in PsyCap development interventions for Digital Technology employees.
