Abstract

This study evaluates the usability level of the Sumberingin Village Administration Website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. With a score of 62.5, the system's usability is categorized as fairly acceptable, highlighting the need for improvements. These findings provide significant insights into the website's performance and areas requiring development, offering practical recommendations to optimize user satisfaction and system effectiveness. This usability measurement study emphasizes the importance of usability evaluation in the Sumberingin Village administration system to ensure a user-centered design and efficient functionality. By assessing the usability results, it identifies the areas needing improvement and potential enhancements, contributing to the development of a better village administration system to improve public services. Additionally, this study illustrates the effectiveness of the SUS method as a reliable approach for measuring usability based on user perceptions and provides actionable recommendations for system development.
