Abstract

Problem: This study discusses the need for a crypto wallet application development design solution with a new feature, namely asset diversification for crypto asset trader or investor users. The importance of developing this new feature has an impact on the ease of users in making transactions or automatically splitting assets based on the user's chosen risk level. Method: In this study, researchers used the UX Journey method to take a qualitative and quantitative approach to find out user needs. In this case, researchers conducted an analysis of user experience testing in using new user experience interactions on the developed application. Results: The results of this study provide a scope of results in the form of evaluations from Field Studies, Direct, and Indirect Competitors, User Reviews, and SWOT Analysis. The information obtained provides a view that is used to identify problems related to the research objectives. In this context, researchers developed a crypto wallet application design solution that has a new feature, namely automatic asset diversification to increase user ease of use in automatically splitting assets. Conclusion and development: It is hoped that through the development of this design solution with the new features developed, it can provide a reference for further development of the effectiveness of the new feature to support a higher level of user satisfaction in the future.
