Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Batu Love Garden. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study was focused on the Batu Love Garden, garden department, totaling 47 people. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique, namely all members of the population became sample members. The data sources used came from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, questionnaires, and data collection from the Batu Love Garden website. The data analysis technique used was the scale range analysis technique and multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed with the help of SPSS software. The results of the scale range calculation showed that the employee performance variable was included in the high criteria, work motivation was included in the high criteria, and the work environment was included in the good criteria. The regression results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment had a stronger effect on the performance of Batu Love Garden employees.
