PENGARUH TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT DAN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

This study aimed to determine the influence of total quality management and supply chain management on the company performance, mediated by the competitive advantage variable, in Tofu MSMEs located in Ledok Kulon Village, Bojonegoro Sub-district, Bojonegoro Regency. The analysis method used in this research was SEM-PLS with a sample size of 114. The results of the study indicated that: 1) Total quality management had a positive and significant influence on the company performance. 2) Supply chain management had a positive and significant influence on the company performance. 3) Total quality management had a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage. 4) Supply chain management had a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage. 5) Competitive advantage had a positive and significant influence on the company perfoermance. 6) Competitive advantage partially mediated the influence of total quality management on the company performance. 7) Competitive advantage partially mediated the influence of supply chain management on the company performance.
