OPTIMASI KAPASITAS PRODUKSI PADA PERUSAHAAN LUMBUNG STROBERI DI KOTA BATU

This study aimed to calculate the optimal production capacity of BUMDes Lumbung Stroberi for the January 2025 period to achieve an optimal production capacity. The data collected included strawberry harvest data from June 2023 to May 2024, data on raw materials used, sales data, production machine data, and profit data from sales in 2024. The analysis method used in this study involved forecasting with the time series method and linear programming using the simplex
method, supported by the POM-QM for Windows V.5 application. The results of this study found that the optimal production capacity of Lumbung Stroberi for January 2025 was determined using demand forecasting for sales. The recommendation given to Lumbung Stroberi was to produce 1,041 units of strawberry juice, 519 units of strawberry jam, 829 units of strawberry extract, and 428 units of fresh strawberries, with an optimal profit of IDR 46,545,000.00.
