Abstract
'My Service, My Worship' as the slogan of the Muhammadiyah hospital motto can be a reference that every service and work provided is intended to worship Allah SWT. Individuals who consider themselves called to do meaningful work and have prosocial benefits will tend to show positive attitudes and behaviors while working. The role of health workers such as nurses in providing health services is associated with the accompanying motivation, namely the call from the heart. This study used a quantitative research design with a correlational approach. This study used a total sampling technique with a total of 100 subjects, namely all active employees of RSIA Muhammadiyah Malang. The instrument used to measure the vocation variable is the Calling and Vocation Questionnaire by Dik and Duffy which has been adapted by Missiliana Riasnugrahani, while to measure the performance variable using the evaluation of employee performance appraisal of RSIA Muhammadiyah Malang which refers to the employee performance appraisal guide and is compiled by the head of education and training and the hospital director. This research hypothesis test uses correlation test with the help of JASP software with p=0.01 <0.05 which means there is a relationship between calling and performance in employees of RSIA Muhammadiyah Malang. Based on this research, it was found that calling has a significant positive relationship with employee performance, meaning that the higher the calling, the higher the employee performance.
