Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program for the utilization of dead stock fabrics at PT Berdikari Meubel Nusantara using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The researcher found that this program has helped empower MSMEs and reduce fabric waste, but still faces challenges in marketing and limited fabric patterns. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation.
The results showed that the CSR program for the utilization of dead stock fabrics has run well overall and has had a positive social and environmental impact. However, there are several aspects that still need to be improved to increase the effectiveness and sustainability of the program. The sustainability of the program needs to be strengthened through increased synergy with MSMEs, innovation in the utilization of dead stock fabrics, and support from companies in the aspects of product distribution and promotion. With this optimization, the CSR program is expected to provide more significant economic, social, and environmental impacts and strengthen the image of PT Berdikari Meubel Nusantara as a company committed to sustainability.
