Abstract

Productivity in the digital era is often disrupted by technology addiction and time management challenges. Time-based productivity applications frequently fail to meet user needs due to the lack of features such as break reminders, gamification, and effective time management tools. This study aims to design solutions using the UX Journey method, which integrates user needs exploration and experience understanding. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis employed Requirement Metrics, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Case Logic. The results indicate that break reminders based on the pomodoro technique effectively reduce fatigue, gamification features like leaderboards enhance motivation, and integrated to-do lists improve time management. In conclusion, the UX Journey method provides relevant solutions and enhances user experience
