Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) at Rayz UMM Hotel Malang, which focuses on several indicators, namely green recruitment, green training, green performance management, and green reward. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and data analysis tools with data triangulation (methods, sources, and theories) to test the validity of the data obtained. The results show that GHRM practices have begun to be implemented in daily operational activities, but the implementation is not yet optimal because it still depends on the involvement and support of employees. In addition, consistency is also a challenge in implementing sustainability. Through these findings, it provides a valuable contribution regarding green practices in the hospitality industry, so that employees become more aware and concerned about environmental sustainability. With a policy in place, green practices will become part of the work culture, not just a formality.
