Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment at PT. Energy Lautan Nusantara, investigate and analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction on OCB, investigate and analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment, investigate and analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment on OCB, and investigate and analyze the mediating role of Organizational Commitment in the influence of Job Satisfaction on OCB. This research employed an explanatory quantitative method with a sample of 50 employees from PT. Energy Lautan Nusantara, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis and simple regression with SPSS version 28 software. The results indicate that Job Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on OCB, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment has a significant influence on OCB, and Organizational Commitment mediates the influence of Job Satisfaction on OCB
