Abstract
This research aims to determine the mediating influence of work motivation on the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee engagement at Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Banjar. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The population in this study was all 45 employees with a total sample from the population so that a saturated sampling technique was used. The analysis technique in this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMARTPLS 4 software. The research results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation mediates the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee engagement.
