Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with organizational commitment as mediation in Dealqe Catering & Bakery employees. This research is quantitative research. This study uses primary data whose data collection uses a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 69 employees who were also the sample of this study. This research uses structural equation modeling technique through path analysis with the help of Smart PLS4 analysis tool. The results showed that perceived organizational support and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment can mediate the independent variable and the dependent variable where this mediation is partial. In the Goodness of Fit test, it was found that 71% of the diversity of research data could be explained by the model, while the remaining 29% was explained by other factors not included in this study. Therefore, companies are expected to increase their support for employees, create a comfortable environment so that, more embrace employees and provide adequate training to help employees improve skills
